How to Clean Fabric Furniture

How to clean fabric furniture gently.
So picture this....
It's a nice and quiet Friday night, and a great movie is coming on pretty soon. You're in the kitchen making a few burgers and fries for you and your family to eat while you all enjoy the movie. Everyone has now gathered around in the living room for the awaited presentation, and you hear the opening credits as they begin to roll. You deliver the food to everyone, and once you go to have your seat in your favorite spot.... PLOP! A nice heap of ketchup mixed with just a dab of mayo lands right onto the cushion. You wipe it, of course. Hoping that you've done enough for a stain not to set in, but as soon as you rise in the morning you see a prominent smear staring you in the face. What would you do? I'm sure most of you are screaming "flip the cushion over" right now. And let's say we actually go for that option only to find that the opposite is just as filthy. Now, it time for a fabric furniture clean up, and I have just the solution on how to gently clean fabric furniture.

You will need:
-A small bowl
-Spoon
-Cotton cloth
-Dish detergent
-Spatula
Now begin:
-take 1 cup of water and mix it the 1/4 cup of the detergent
-mix these two ingredients together with your spoon
-take your cotton cloth and dip it into your water solution (do not get your cloth too wet) and being to rub the stain out using circular motions. (a white film should begin to develop)
-grab the spatula and now scrap the film and excess dirt from the desired cleaning area
-give the area an additional wipe down using another cotton cloth
-allow the area to dry completely
See, cleaning your fabric furniture is quick and easy! But don't let that be an excuse to make more messes.... be more careful next time.
Come back for more tips for your domestic cleaning needs!
Until then, be safe and stay clean!!
